HEYE Special Steel Co., Ltd is the first to achieve industrialization in domestic.Spray forming technology is atomizing the molten metal or alloy in an inert atmosphere into small solid, semi-solid or liquid melt jet, then spraying directly onto the cold substrate surface, droplet deposition on the surface adhesion, accumulation, spreading, fusion, consolidation and the formation of deposited blank. Common grades of Spray Forming HSS include HSF110、HSF210、HSF190、HSF1255 etc. At present more mature types of steel include HSF210, the composition of HSF210 is similar to traditional D2, it has fine microstrcture , under the condition of the same hardness, the impact toughness than traditional D2 increased by more than 1 times, it is used widely in the field of cold stamping die.
